Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Essential or Professional. Sovereign engagements that include GrapheneOS fleet deployment carry a one-time provisioning cost, scoped and quoted during the initial consultation — never added after the fact.
What happens if we exceed our seat count?
We’ll flag it and offer to move you up a tier. We don’t automatically bill overages without your agreement first.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Prepaying annually on Essential or Professional saves approximately 12% compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH and wire transfer for US and international clients, NEFT/RTGS for India-based clients, and major credit cards for Essential-tier accounts.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Essential and Professional run month-to-month after an initial 3-month term. Sovereign is structured as an annual contract, given the scope of device procurement and architecture work involved in onboarding.
Can we run a trial before committing?
Yes — we offer a 14-day pilot on the Essential tier for teams who want to evaluate real network performance before signing anything longer.
What exactly does “custom” Sovereign pricing include?
Sovereign is scoped to your headcount, device count, and compliance requirements during a consultation. You receive a fixed, written quote before any contract is signed — nothing is billed against an open-ended estimate.
